I hope you are kidding. A well will run anywhere from $10,000-20,000. depending on how deep they have to drill. Getting electric may be another $10,000-20,000 depending on how far you are from the nearest electric line. It is not cheap to start a life in Montello. The land is the easiest part.
ReplyDeletewell if everyone of the 43,000 had donated $1 i would have a well and electric :) the estimate from electric was about $36,000 well was $5000 to $15000.
