Turns out he was a scammer, never sent the well funds or the water tank holding funds. No memorial will be built for him on my goat farm.
Whenever people contact you on the internet and offer you free money to help your project, do not get your hopes up until you have money in your hand. I have been waiting months for this donation!!!
