YES I'M A FATHER of bunnies

5 baby bunnies were born since 5pm. not in the hut she built or the pile of fur she plucked..hope all is well for her and the babies tonight

newborn bunnies

my big gray rabbit has built a hut out of hay, ripped it's fur out and put it in the hut. this time due to the high temps outside they should all live. will not be disturbing her for a week, just giving her more food and water then usual..

truck issues

i need to need to update my truck situation. my f150 rear wheel drive unless it's all flat roads. she can't handle inclines and ice or snow. new tires might help but I dont think worth the investment. brake issues are worsening as well. I really hope this doesn't delay my move to Montello.

quail not the vice president

I got 6 quail hen today and 1 rooster quail. they have been laying for the previous 2 weeks. I got a restaurant that says they will buy the eggs from me. should be 24 eggs minimum per week.

RIP BUNNIES

Is there a heaven for bunnies? RIP Thumper,Anna,Pinky,Jack & Floppy. Poor souls came into world on 2/6/2011 & left quickly. Bless your hearts.

animals update

all the animals survived the blizzard that came through so did all the animals. my chickens are laying eggs now. waiting for the ducks to start. hopefully by spring they do.
real test will be the temps tonight. suppose to be coldest in a decade.

truck trade in

going to have to trade my 2 wheel drive f150 in for something 4x4 can't handle the snow and mud to well.
